Summer 2009 Almost Over

Well the summer has been really nice up here in Alaska. Most days have been 70's sometimes 60's and sunny. But i think that is over, it looks like rain. Only a few weeeks left of summer back to school soon. I can't believe Tre will be a fourth grader and Cali will be a first grader. I am trying to get Adalee on a bottle so my sister Chelsea can watch her while i go back to being a substitute teacher. Aaron is working in Anchorage right now on a project to sound proof homes by the airport. He is making good money I hope it works out that he can stay on with this company after this job. We have our first housepayment due in Aug. We our home owners that is awesome. I am so happy to be living in the house Aaron built it turned out great. We still have a few things to do. Like gutters, bujild a shed, window trim, blinds stuff like that. Well I hope you all are doing good down there in Oregon and else where. The kids want to go to the state fair and the zoo so we are going to finish off the summer doing those things and back to school shoppping. TAKE CARE MISS YOU ALL!

Well we have been having fun visiting with Penny and Carlene. THey have been here for a week and we have hiked up to an old gold mine at Hatcher's Pass, we had a bday party with cousin Jalen, we drove down Cook Inlet and saw Dall sheep and eagles on the sise of the road. We kept driving down to a wildlife conservation center. They had almost every animal native to Alaska. We went to the Iditarod headcourters. We took senior pictures, we saw a moose out the kitchen window, we played at the park one day. We drove to Big Lake and the little Su river to take pictures of Tim's family. We ate little Miller's ice cream. We went swimming at the Pool, we ate cold stone ice cream. We went out to eat at Chili's and Applebees. We drove to Whittier Alaska. To get there we had to drive thru the longest tunnel in North America 2.6 miles long. We boarder a cruise boat for 4 hours and went and toured glaciers. It was cold but fun. We only have a couple more days to visit. We hope to continue having fun and explore more of Alaska.
